Need to know some Krav-Maga Workout
·         Front Kick
A front kick is mainly to break the adversary’s base or to move the person away to break the contact. Just a small gap allows you to close in to control a threat.
To give a strong front kick we have to trust the knee high and forward, keep the hip behind the kick and recoil hips returning to a stance. An excellent powerful kick!!
·         Knee Strike
Knee strike involves thrusting the front of the knee into the head or body of the opponent. To hit a knee strike to the opponent, bring your knee up and breathe out explosively at the same time. This helps to tighten your abdominals, flattening your stomach etc including strong and powerful upper to lower body.

·         Palm Heel Strike
Palm Heel Strike, similar to a strong tough punch! As the palm is one of the most powerful self-defence weapons a person has. For a Palm Heel Strike, a person has to keep the non-punching hand close to the face and in front so as to protect the face from the opponent. Now send the opposite hand straight out from the shoulder. Keep the elbow down, flex your wrist back and turn your fingers slightly inward. Pivot on the back foot to send arm forward. Now Recoil immediately. These strikes should be explosive to generate power. 
Get comfortable with each move before practising them as a workout. Once you feel solid on each technique, perform them all in order. 
Many of the moves in Krav Maga take some practice to do with proper form,
