During this summer staying lean and fit is the key to look and feel your best. So lose the belly fat and tone from head to toe is the main workout targets for your upper arms, abs, butt and thighs.

So here we are!! You are ready or not, we have got several HIIT workouts for you to whip your into shape in a short span of time.

While doing High-Intensity Workouts, focus on difficult movements that challenge your entire body in a single exercise. Aim to include at least two exercises back to back before allowing your body to recover. Don’t allow your body to recover fully before attacking the next exercises.

•    Jump Squat


Guys, do you want to burn 210 calories in 15 minutes? Then here you are gifted with Jump Squat. Begin with both legs, shoulder width apart bends knees into a squat. Bring yourself up and jump up as high as possible.

•    Pull Up

Pull ups release a ton of hormones necessary for fat loss and muscle building. So, practicing them will help you lose the fat and give your arms, an upper back, and a nice core to make anyone jealous. Just Hang from a pull-up bar, jungle gym, or tree limb and pull yourself up until your chin is higher than your hands.

 I hear a lot saying “I wish I could do a pull-up, well stop wishing and get to practicing and you’ll be able to do one!

•    Side Plank

Anyway! Today we are talking side plank. This is such a great pose for building core strength and can be a really fun pose to transition out of. Gently lift the top leg, bring the bottom foot fully to the ground, pull the top knee into the chest and begin to rotate and quietly step the foot to the front of the mat. Major fun filling tough core workout!

Take care of your diet along with your workouts during this summer for an awesome result. As Eat light and healthy food to stay cool in this summer. Light food should be preferred which can be digested easily. So, oily and junk food like pizzas, burgers must be avoided.
