GET UP AND ENERGIZE YOURSELF WITH EARLY MORNING WORKOUTS

05:50

Exercising first thing in the morning isn’t something that just happens. You must make a plan and be prepared to get your body and mind moving in the early hours of the day, especially if you haven’t ever tried to work out early before. Science also suggests that workouts in the morning, even before you have your breakfast may help the body burn fat more efficiently.

Here are a few tips to make your workouts more.

Hydrate yourself

Whenever you wake up, the first thing you must do is head straight to the kitchen to drink a glass of water. Its helps your body wake up.

Set your clothes out the night before

Take a few minutes to lay out your morning exercise clothes at night. Having them laid out along with your water bottle and exercise equipment, makes waking up early to exercise much easier.

Warm up and Stretch
Take some time to warm yourself up first and do some gentle stretches to get your blood flowing and your body moving.
PLANNING FOR MORNING WORKOUTS

Walkout
Walkout moves strengthen the core and upper body. Stand tall with feet slightly wider than shoulder width and then lower into a squat. Place your hands on the floor and walk them out until you are in the push-up position. Walk your hands back towards your feet and return to the standing position. To make it harder, perform a push up before walking hands back towards feet.

Stretch sit up with Twist

To get your oblique muscles in action, separate your legs until they form an upside-down V. Twist torso to the right as you reach hands to the right foot. Return to the starting position. Continue the process 5 times.

Plank Combo

This is a gentle way to get your blood flowing to the core as it works both the upper body and the core. Place toes on the floor, and then lift knees off the ground to go into full plank position. Hold for 2 seconds in the first set (Increasing to 4 seconds in the second and 6 in the third).

Squat with forward fold

It strengthens your legs. To start, stand with feet slightly wider than your shoulder width. Lower your squat. Instead of returning to stand, straighten arms and fold forward, reaching your hands towards the ground. Return to squat position and repeat the exercise.
